Ppm means parts per million. Most soil carries gold at around 0.01 ppm or less. This sample came back at 4 — roughly 400 times higher.

We built this because
we had to know.
We're Carson and Mari. Last year, we got curious about what was in our own land, and it turned out that finding out took either a lot of money, a job in the industry, or the patience to work through a stack of forms nobody wrote with a homeowner in mind.
