Shipping policy

Where we ship. UNDR ships within the 50 United States. We don’t ship internationally yet.

What it costs. Standard shipping is free on every kit, both ways: the kit to you, and your sample back to our lab. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an added cost.

When it ships. We’ll ship your kit within 1-2 business days of your order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Sending your sample back. Every kit comes with a prepaid return package and label. Please use them. We can’t be responsible for samples sent another way. If your sample is lost or damaged on its way to us, we’ll send one replacement collection kit for that order at no charge.

If your kit goes missing or arrives damaged. Email support@undrco.com within seven days of delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to sort it out, and we’ll replace a kit lost or damaged in transit at no charge.

Results. Results are typically ready 3-5 business days after your sample reaches our lab, or as fast as 1-2 business days with UNDR Premium.
