Returns and refunds

An unopened kit can go back within 30 days for a full refund, and return shipping is covered.

If you opened the kit but haven't mailed your sample yet, that's still 30 days, minus a 15% restocking fee and no need to send us back the kit.

Once your sample reaches the lab the testing isn't refundable, though our 100% Curiosity Guarantee still applies.

If your kit arrives damaged, email support@undrco.com within seven days and we'll send a new one.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of your kit reaching us.
